We are recruiting experienced Production Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role with long-term prospects in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing and dispatch operations, including:

Accurately picking items using hand‑held scanners or pick sheets
Packing products safely and securely for dispatch
Carrying out visual quality checks to identify faults or issues
Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily production targets
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
Picking, packing, boxing, and preparing stock
Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or similar environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Able to work rotating shift patterns
Good attention to detail and accuracy

Working Hours
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts

Early Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm
Late Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
