Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Production Operative in the Washington area? Central Employment Agency is currently hiring skilled Production Operatives to join a renowned manufacturer and leader in the design and production of purification solutions for compressed air, gas, and vacuum. As a Production Operative, your primary responsibility will be to assemble technical parts with precision and conduct thorough quality checks. You will also be involved in packaging the finished products, ensuring they are prepared for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a faced paced assembly section
• Utilise hand tools proficiently, as required
• Handle and assemble critical components
• Identify and rectify faults or defects

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent manual dexterity

Rate of Pay:

• Day Shift: £12.21 rising to £13.41 after a successful training period
• Shifts: £14.04  rising to £15.42 after a successful training period. 
• Overtime rates: x1.25, x1.5, x2
• These rates will be increasing from 1st April 2026.

Shift Times & Days:

• Days only: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30pm
• 2 shift (rotating Days and Back Shift): Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm,  Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12:00 midnight (off on Fridays when working backshift)
