Warehouse Operative – Picker/Packer (North Shields)

Join Central Employment and be part of a rapidly expanding online retailer based in North Shields. We’re proud to deliver top-quality products to customers worldwide, and we’re looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to help us keep things moving.

Location: Third Ave, Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, North Shields NE29 7UT
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Shifts: 6:30am–2:00pm & 2:30pm–9:00pm (flexibility required)

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Using handheld scanners and inventory systems to track stock
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Collaborating with your team to achieve daily targets
• Handling moderate to heavy lifting as part of warehouse duties

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
