Machine Operators

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our clients production team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and the production of products.
Central Employment are recruiting Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Haltwistle. They specialise in their industry and are committed to delivering high-quality products to their clients.

Location: Haltwistle

Shifts (7.30am - 3.30pm, 2:30 finish on Friday)

Pay Rate: £12.21

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure it functions properly
• Perform routine machine maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Technical knowledge of machine operations and maintenance
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility
