Position: Assembly Operative - Shifts
Location: Blyth
Shift: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday
Wage: £12.25-£16

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Perform assembly and production tasks to a high standard
- Operate and maintain machinery for production
- Follow SOP’s and regulations of the site
- Ensure a high-quality of work is met during every production run
- Follow health and safety guidelines meticulously
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and targets
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively
- Assure quality of each product is checked and tested
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production and machining environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication to overcome problems and work efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Willingness to learn a number of different competencies within production/assembly
- Commitment to hitting production targets daily and weekly
- Flexibility for shift changes and overtime
