Hours: Full-time, Mon-Thurs 7:45am – 5pm, 7:45am - 1:30pm finish Friday.

Role Summary
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of production operatives, ensuring that daily production targets are met while maintaining our commitment to safety and quality. You’ll be responsible for monitoring production processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve production targets and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Monitor production lines and address any issues promptly to maintain workflow.
• Train and develop team members to maintain high standards and promote a positive work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to optimize production.

About You

• Proven experience in food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Flexibility to overtime and adjust to business needs
