Job Title: Forklift Driver

Location: Gateshead

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £12.78

Monday to Friday

Day shift 6.20am to 2.30pm

Back shift 2.20pm to 10.30pm

Overtime Saturday 1.5x rate

About the Role

Our client is a leading pallet manufacturer known for their commitment to quality and excellence. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Driver (counterbalance) to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse or production facility.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the forklift.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with other production duties as required.

Requirements:

Valid forklift operator certification (Counterbalance)

Proven experience as a forklift driver.

Working on shift rotation.
