To support the efficient and safe manufacturing of aerosol products by operating production machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Shift Pattern:
Days/Backs and Nights available
(Rotating shift pattern or fixed shift depending on operational requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production line equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
Perform quality checks and report any product non-conformities
Follow batch production instructions and packaging specifications
Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleaning
Complete relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets
Adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and PPE requirements at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ideally FMCG or chemicals/aerosols)
Good attention to detail and quality-focused
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Willingness to work across rotating shifts including nights
Desirable:
FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
