Shifts: 7-day rota (Days & Nights)

• Nights: 7:00pm – 7:00am

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Key Operator to join a successful and expanding production facility in the Newcastle area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role with long-term career prospects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high GMP standards, ensuring excellent housekeeping and a clean-as-you-go approach.
• Report any issues with ingredients, materials, or cleaning products to your line manager.
• Use equipment safely and correctly, reporting any faults or abnormalities immediately.
• Identify and communicate any machinery defects and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to keep machinery in peak working condition.
