Pay Rate: £12.80 – £13.12 per hour
Shifts Available: Days and Backs ( 7-3 and 3-11)

Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing and packaging of raw pet food products. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, weigh, and mix raw ingredients according to production specifications.
- Pack finished products into containers, ensuring correct labelling and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas in line with hygiene standards.
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in a chilled environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (days and backs).
