Night Shift Food Production Operative – Harrogate
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Night Shift Food Production Operatives to join our busy food production team in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role working in chilled and frozen environments, handling both raw and cooked meat. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work quickly and safely to meet production targets
- Load raw products onto cooking plates in the low-risk area
- Follow all company procedures and guidelines
- Slice, weigh, pack, and label cooked products in the high-risk area
- Ensure all Critical Control Points (CCPs) are met and maintained
- Take responsibility for food safety and cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Comfortable working in chilled environments
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving production setting
- Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must hold a valid driving licence
