Night Shift Food Production Operative – Harrogate
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the Role
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Night Shift Food Production Operatives to join our team in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role in chilled and frozen environments, working with both raw and cooked meat. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work quickly and safely to meet production targets
- Load raw products onto cooking plates in the low-risk area
- Follow company procedures and guidelines at all times
- Slice, weigh, pack, and label cooked products in the high-risk area
- Ensure all Critical Control Points (CCPs) are met and maintained
- Take responsibility for food safety and cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Comfortable working in chilled environments
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced production setting
- Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must hold a valid driving licence
