We’re recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established and growing packaging company based in Team Valley, Gateshead. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment — with paid breaks (unlike many other factories!).
The Role:
Operating production and packaging machinery
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working efficiently to achieve production targets
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised
What We’re Looking For:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Reliable, hardworking team players with a positive attitude
