Production Operative – Bakery
Location: Newburn
We’re recruiting motivated Production Operatives to join a well-established bakery in Newburn, working on a 12-hour continental shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role after a 12-week temp-to-perm period.

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
12-hour continental shifts (days & nights)
Overtime available to increase your earnings

The role:
As a Production Operative, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including preparing ingredients, operating bakery machinery, monitoring production lines, quality checking products, and packing finished goods. You’ll play a key part in maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards throughout each shift.
What we’re looking for:
Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts
Good attention to detail
Reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
