FLT Warehouse Operative – £14.04 per hour
Location: North Gosforth | Temp to Perm | Long-Term Opportunities

We are currently recruiting FLT Warehouse Operatives for a leading international organisation based in North Gosforth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with long-term prospects and the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.

Pay Rate: £14.04 per hour
Shifts: Initially day shift only, progressing to rotating 2-shift patterns (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking conscientious, hardworking individuals with a strong awareness of Health & Safety standards. An FLT licence is essential – please only apply if you hold a valid licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate FLT trucks safely and efficiently to move stock and materials.
• Carry out picking and packing duties to meet order requirements.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate stock control.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach).
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to meeting targets.
