Hours of work:
5 days Monday to Friday – typically 4 hours per day (20 hours per wk) Requirement for extended hours for holiday / absence cover as agreed with CS Lead
Key Responsibilities:
-First point of contact for all customer queries, orders and change requests accurately and efficiently in accordance with working processes and protocols to ensure customers always receive a smooth and efficient service and that AB Neo is regarded as being easy to do business with.
-Manage all UK, pig and game sales orders, anticipating and resolving potential issues in a timely manner to ensure an effective service is provided to the customer and the internal production teams are updated.
-Manage, maintain, upload and store medicated prescriptions in line with business protocols including VMD checks for medication licences
-Contact customers and suppliers (E.g Vets) as appropriate to resolve queries or request receipt of missing information
-Provide routine and ad-hoc reports as required (E.g. sales reports, medication hub reports)
-Maintain customer service error log and report issues at the monthly QA Complaints meeting as appropriate
-Carry out general administration and office duties as required to support the effective management of the Supply Chain function
Person Specification
Knowledge:
-Experience of working in a customer support environment.
-Experience of working in an administrative role.
-Experience of forging effective communication networks.
