Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks while delivering a positive experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Respond to queries, resolve basic issues, and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Process orders, requests, and general correspondence
  • Support day‑to‑day administrative operations, including filing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Assist in preparing reports, updating systems, and coordinating internal communications
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email management
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
