We are seeking a reliable and organised Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks while delivering a positive experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Respond to queries, resolve basic issues, and escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Process orders, requests, and general correspondence
- Support day‑to‑day administrative operations, including filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Assist in preparing reports, updating systems, and coordinating internal communications
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
