We are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and well-established meat production facility based in Burradon, Cramlington. This is a temp-to-perm role offering excellent long-term prospects for the right candidates.
The Role:
- Working within a meat processing/production environment
- Handling, preparing, and processing meat products
- Operating machinery and equipment safely
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety
- Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet production targets
Shifts & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 6:00am (finish times may vary depending on production needs)
- £12.21 per hour, with a pay increase after 12 weeks
- Ongoing, full-time work with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous factory or food production experience is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures
